Courtney Lenkart

Co-Owner & Head Trainer
Courtney Lenkart, a passionate horsewoman and entrepreneur originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, launched her own hunter/jumper operation, CSC Farm, in 2007. This early venture set the foundation for a lifelong career in the equestrian world and helped shape Courtney into the accomplished rider, trainer, and barn operator she is today. In 2017, she and her husband, Scott, founded South Haven Farm with a shared vision of excellence in horsemanship and client care.
A consistent presence at the top of the sport, Courtney has earned over $1.5 million in lifetime hunter earnings and has ranked among the top 25 in the USHJA National Hunter Rider Money Earned standings in recent years. She is also ranked in the top 15 of the USHJA International Hunter Derby standings, with over $200,000 in career earnings in that division.
Among her many highlights, Courtney won the $25,000 WCHR Professional Challenge at the 2020 Capital Challenge Horse Show aboard Glorieus. She is a three-time winner of the USHJA International Hunter Derby Central Region Money Won standings and a two-time Leading Rider for Money Won in the USHJA Green Hunter Incentive Program national standings.
In addition to being a full-time business owner and professional athlete, Courtney is also a devoted mom to her and Scott’s son, William. Guided by the core values of quality, integrity, and results, she leads by example—both in and out of the ring. Courtney is passionate about inspiring the next generation of equestrians, proving that with grit, hard work, honesty, and a positive attitude, it’s possible to come from humble beginnings and achieve it all—without ever compromising who you are.
